Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Valtrine currently ships to select international destinations.

Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid separately by the recipient.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, Valtrine is not liable for delays caused by courier delays, customs inspections, natural disasters, political events, or trade restrictions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Valtrine is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

If a package is returned due to an address error, customers are responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages
